Interior Coherence Family
Souljourner
The interior-coherence family. Distinct from the SCFL systems measurement program. Souljourner addresses biological and interior plates — the relationships that hold a person together under stress.
Distinction: Souljourner is not the identity of the SCFL systems measurement program. SCFL reads non-biological systems (grid, hospitals, firms, cascades). Souljourner is the declared territory for interior and biological plates. No interior operator is Locked. The product funnel (wearables, DTx, XR, games) remains separate from the systems work.
The video above is the introduction to that territory: mind, heart, and the structures that hold them in place — read as coherence, not as performance or pathology.
Gameplay Specification Status
The Souljourner onboarding process, cohort-routing architecture, progression logic, state transitions, milestone framework, reflective exercises, and measurement workflows are fully specified and can be implemented today without a dedicated software platform.
Participants can presently be onboarded through facilitator-guided, institutional, research, coaching, recovery, educational, or self-directed pathways. The Souljourner journey is therefore operational at the workflow level and does not depend upon the existence of a particular application, website, or digital container.
At present, no production software environment, graphical user interface, wireframe library, or interactive front-end has been developed. The current Souljourner program exists as a complete journey architecture rather than a completed software product.
Importantly, the absence of a software container does not prevent participation. The onboarding process, state progression framework, reflective practices, checkpoint structure, cohort pathways, and coherence measurement workflows are available for immediate use through documented procedures and facilitator-supported deployment.
From a game-design perspective, Souljourner already possesses many of the structural components associated with a real-life role-playing game (RPG): guided onboarding, character-state development, progression paths, milestone achievements, branching journeys, cohort affiliations, challenge and recovery cycles, narrative continuity, and long-term growth trajectories. Future development would primarily involve translating these existing gameplay specifications into visual interfaces, digital tooling, progression tracking systems, and interactive user experiences rather than inventing the underlying journey itself.
In summary: the Souljourner journey exists today as a deployable human process. What remains to be built is the software container through which that journey may eventually be experienced digitally.
